Why Watermelon? Watermelon was our favorite fruit. On any hot summer's day you could find my parents slicing up one of the largest watermelon you ever seen. The seeds annoyed me as a child but the fruit was most fragrant, hydrating and delicious. As an adult we found use for those miracle seeds.
