Shipping policy

We send out notifications and status within 24 to 48 hours of an order. Our warehouse hours are 7am to 9pm PST Monday through Friday. It is our goal to get out orders in a timely fashion based on your preferred shipping method. Depending on the method and time of order, our best interest is to send out next business day if product is available. If product is not available or timeline is changed, you will be notified promptly by the next business day.
