General Shipping Policy 
Thank you for shopping at We process and assemble all orders in our warehouse daily Monday through Friday. All processed and assembled orders are shipped from our warehouse by 4pm (PST) Monday through Friday. 
Nez Cosmetics does not guarantee the success or validity of any discount or coupon code that was not provided by Nez Cosmetics directly. 
Shipping Options for Domestic Orders Only 
We currently offer FedEx, UPS and USPS with a transit time of 1 -7 business days. Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations. 
Due to COVID-19 impact, we have suspended expedited shipping arrival guarantees; therefore Nez Cosmetics is not able to guarantee the shipping time after leaving facilities. We will do our best to communicate with you and assist you in the inconvenience. 
Shipping Options for International Orders Only 
At this time, we have suspended all international orders, if you placed and order it will be cancelled during processing and funds will be return to payment method. 
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a packaged is returned to Nez Cosmetics LLC due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not available for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost associated. Nez Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address is incorrect. 
Once an order has been submitted, we offer a service that allows you to modify or cancel your order if needed before processing and shipped. You can utilize these features by creating an account with Nez Cosmetics LLC. 
Lost or Stolen Packages 
Nez Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for the lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Nez Cosmetics LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 
It is up to the customer to provide the accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide the carriers to assist with the investigation. 
Damage or Missing Products 
It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well ad wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling of the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damage upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately. Customer Service Representative may ask for photos of the damage and necessary information to support the claim. Damage to the outer packaging such as dents in the box does not affect the sealed product inside. 
If a product is missing also check the packaging slip and emails. Some orders may be sent separate due to sizing restrictions in place by the carrier. 
Items Not in Stock
We try to keep up with our inventory but due to popularity and high demand, some products may become back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. Once notified we may ship a portion of your order and will send out the remaining once back in stock. In the event this happens you will not be charged extra shipping cost.
Purchases Made through Retailers 
Please contact the store where you purchased the item for a return or exchange. Nez Cosmetics LLC is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase of a product made through a retailer. We do appreciate the information and a customer service representative may reach back out for follow up.
