Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products if your item was damage in shipping we will return and exchange for the same product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and email customerservice@ilovenez.com with image of the damage goods in question. From there a representative will contact you within 48 hours of service.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is subjected to denial of refund and exchange.
Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed immediately.
Late or missing exchanges
It normally takes 3 to 5 business days from receipt of return for the exchange to be process. Please allow time for shipping.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Person in possession of the unused and damage item only qualify for exchange of like product with proof of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping will be not deducted from your exchange.
